​ABOUT  LILIA'S SHAVE ICE

Lilia's Shave Ice is a family operated business based out of the little town of La'ie, on the north shore of O'ahu. We started this business in 2012 to finance our son George's missionary efforts while away in Wisconsin for 2 years. We continue to operate to finance our missionary sons as they continue to go out and serve others.

Our daughter Lilia is the inspiration of our company name as she has worked many hours in making shave ice to support her brothers. Being the only sister and the hardest worker, it was only fitting that the company be named after her. The company is now operated by our oldest son Conway and his beautiful wife 'Ema.
